Rigorism: How it helps

              Rigourism: How it helps

Have you ever had your brain fried up in a confusing mixture because of a lesson at school, or a problem at work, you could finish it, but, you are thinking it would be less rigorous not to. Well, you should get the job done, there are multiple reasons why.

When you are doing rigorous work, your brain is exercising, every time you finish a rigorous task, your brain cool's down and make's you feel relaxed and calm. This helps your mind adapt to more rigorous conditions when you get used to more rigorous conditions, it helps in increasing your work speed, and rigourism can be used in many ways, let me show you an example.

These are some examples where rigourism can help you.

1. Mathematics:  When you are doing some difficult mathematics, your mind constantly tells you to procrastinate and do it tomorrow, and your mind does that in a repeated fashion until you have to solve that certain expression or equation, but when you tell your mind not to procrastinate, it helps your mind push its limits, and when you do that again and again, your mind gets accustomed to difficult circumstances in the field of mathematics.

2. Recording:  Whether you are a filmmaker or a freelancer, keeping your audience entertained is important, and your audience's expectations increase constantly, and you have to keep raising there expectations because your job depends on it, but sometimes, you have to go to the extreme to raise expectations, you may even have to strip down your house, or organize it 20 times in a row, and believe me, it is tiring, but there are benefits to your work. When you strip down your house 20 times or organize it the same amount of time, you get stronger, and you also have a greater knowledge of what your audience want.

3. Quitting:   Quitting is one of the most difficult things in life, so, let me use an example, say for example you want to quit social media, you constantly regret about, and you feel cut off from the world, and sometimes, you have to take the most difficult changes to quit social media, like say for example deleting all your social media apps (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, etc.). But most research shows that people who take these extreme measures are more successful in life.

These are some of the advantages rigourism has on your life, so, try to take limits to the extreme next time you do anything,
